Meredith Block is a LEED® Gold certified, mixed-used development with 182,736 square feet of leasable space that was completed in 2015. The building features six levels of office space and is anchored by the incredible success of a local technology company and main floor retailers including Blush Lane Organic Market, Cakeify, and Movement U atop 289 underground parking stalls. Leasing inquiries are managed by our partner, Remington Development Corporation.
